I am writing to thank you and your staff for the excellent service you gave us last night. I won’t name any of them but they were all very cheerful, pleasant and helpful and joined in and were interested in the proceedings. This makes such a difference.
When you are running a function like last night this can make all the difference between a good evening and an excellent evening. I also have to say that their interaction with the people with disability was inclusive and respectful.
I was there over breakfast time this morning and some of the same staff were as cheerful as the night before!
