Everything but nothing is perfect. I can't complain. It was pretty good. Much better than most at the same price. I would happily stay here again. I can't complain. I have seen better but I paid much more when that was the case.

I cannot thank you enough Gina, for your professional and yet relaxed manner, in which you made everything easy for the members to have an excellent conference. I commend your staff and the hotel staff for the helpful way they conducted all the transitions and members requests… nothing was a bother. Please give our compliments to the chef and kitchen staff, as all members said how the meals and teas were delicious. Thank you, Gina, for all your attention to the detail that made my job as the coordinator a breeze. As an organisation we have been coming to the Mercure Abel Tasman for over 10 years, but the members all commented on the fact that this year was simply the best. "We found the venue a welcoming and centrally located spot for our workshop, and we were impressed with the attention to detail that you both had in arranging the projector, speaker, and setup for us.Lakmal was terrific, and we really appreciated his professionalism and his willingness to assist throughout the weekend. The tea and coffee/water were always replenished and we had all our questions answered. We also appreciated the accommodation with using the extra space in the unoccupied neighbouring room.
